Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid LimbWise Capability subscriptions.

1. Payment provider

All payments for LimbWise Capability are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your transaction will appear on your statement as "Paddle" or "Paddle.net". Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and the technical processing of refunds on our behalf.

If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use within the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided you haven't already substantially used the paid features within that period. 5. How to request a refund

Email info@thefootindiabetes.co.uk with your account email and order/receipt reference (from your Paddle confirmation email). We'll respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

The Free plan does not involve any payment, so this policy only applies to paid Pro subscriptions.
