Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid LimbWise Capability subscriptions.
1. Payment provider
All payments for LimbWise Capability are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your transaction will appear on your statement as "Paddle" or "Paddle.net". Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and the technical processing of refunds on our behalf.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after that period ends.
- No partial refund is given for the remaining days of a billing period you've already paid for, except as set out below.
3. Cooling-off period (14 days)
If you're a consumer purchasing for personal use within the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided you haven't already substantially used the paid features within that period. To request a refund under this cooling-off period, contact us at info@thefootindiabetes.co.uk within 14 days of payment.
4. Refunds outside the cooling-off period
Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, payments are generally non-refundable, except where:
- You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate or incorrect charge);
- A technical fault on our side meant you were unable to access the paid features you purchased, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
- Required by applicable consumer protection law.
We consider refund requests outside these circumstances on a case-by-case basis — get in touch and we'll take a fair look.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@thefootindiabetes.co.uk with your account email and order/receipt reference (from your Paddle confirmation email). We'll respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Free plan
The Free plan does not involve any payment, so this policy only applies to paid Pro subscriptions.
